In Siglufjörður, a remote village in the Northeastern Region of Iceland, a mutilated corpse is found near the local port, just after the arrival of an international ferry. Andri, the town's chief of police, starts the investigation about the very unusual crime, while a blizzard soon gets everyone trapped in the area.
